Return & Exchange Policy

You can return a product within 14 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was purchased.
  • To ensure our commitment to customer care, and for hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, accessories, cosmetics, personal care products, and swim items cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
  • Products with manufacturing defects can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • A return request can be submitted via the contact form on our website. You must include your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card used for payment or as store credit for orders paid via Cash on Delivery, within 14 business days from the date we receive the product in our warehouse, after deducting the shipping fees.

Refund Timeline:

The refund process will begin once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse. The refund will be processed as follows:

  • If paid by credit/debit card: The amount will be refunded to your card within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the returned item in our warehouse.
  • If paid by cash on delivery: The amount will be refunded as store credit immediately after we receive and inspect the item in our warehouse.
  • If the order is canceled before shipment: The refund will be processed to your credit/debit card or as store credit, based on your selected refund method and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated above.

In-Store Exchange/Return:

You can also return or exchange your item at any of our store branches within 14 days if the item is in its original purchase condition, or within 30 days if there is a manufacturing defect.
